Terms of Service

Effective date: 30 September 2026

About these Terms. These Terms govern eligible digital, hosting, infrastructure and related services supplied by Nix Pixelz, including services offered under the NixDrive brand and managed through NixOne.

1. Business identity and definitions

Nix Pixelz (“we”, “us” or “our”) is the service provider and contracting business. NixDrive is our hosting and infrastructure service brand. NixOne is our customer billing, account-management and support platform. “Customer”, “you” and “your” mean the person or organization purchasing or using our services.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, placing an order, paying an invoice, renewing or using a service, you agree to these Terms, applicable service-specific terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep your credentials secure.

3. Services

Services may include web hosting, cloud or server-based services, business email hosting, SSL-related services, domain-related services, software or licence-based services, and associated digital infrastructure or support. The applicable product page, order, quotation or invoice defines the purchased service, resources, limits, billing cycle and included features.

Some services depend on third-party infrastructure, registries, certificate authorities, software vendors, data centres, payment providers or other suppliers. Their applicable rules and availability may also affect the service.

4. Orders and activation

New services normally require payment before activation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders are subject to acceptance, payment verification, availability, fraud/compliance checks and information reasonably required for provisioning. Activation times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

5. Pricing, billing and renewals

Prices and billing periods are shown on the applicable product page, order, quotation or invoice. A monthly-equivalent price may represent an annual billing commitment. Where so stated, the annual amount at checkout or on the invoice is the amount charged.

Recurring services renew for the applicable billing period unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation process. Customers are responsible for paying renewal invoices by their due date or maintaining a valid payment method where automatic payment is enabled.

Where Paddle processes an eligible purchase as Merchant of Record, Paddle may appear as the seller/payment processor and may calculate, collect and remit applicable transaction taxes in accordance with its role.

6. Unpaid accounts

If an invoice remains unpaid after its due date, we may restrict, suspend or terminate the affected service after any applicable notice or grace period. Restoration may require payment of outstanding amounts and applicable recovery or reactivation costs.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation may be requested through the available NixOne account/support channel or another method we provide. To avoid renewal, submit the request before the renewal charge or due date. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use our services for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, intellectual-property infringement, malware distribution, unauthorized access, attacks on systems or networks, unsolicited bulk messaging, or activity that materially threatens the security, stability or reputation of our systems or suppliers. We may restrict or suspend a service where reasonably necessary to protect customers, infrastructure, third parties or legal compliance.

9. Customer content and responsibilities

You retain rights in content you lawfully provide or host and are responsible for having the required rights and permissions. You are responsible for application security, passwords, updates and backups to the extent these are not expressly included in a managed service.

10. Domains, SSL and third-party licences

Domain registrations and renewals are subject to registrar and registry rules and are not guaranteed until successfully registered. SSL certificates, software licences and similar third-party products are subject to their providers’ terms. Third-party charges may be non-refundable once ordered, issued, registered, renewed or activated.

11. Availability and maintenance

We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security work, upstream-provider incidents, network failures, force majeure and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect availability. We may make reasonable changes needed for security, compatibility, compliance or service quality.

12. Support

Support is provided through the channels and service levels applicable to the purchased service. Response times are targets unless a written service-level agreement states otherwise.

13. Intellectual property

Nix Pixelz and its licensors retain rights in our brands, websites, platform materials, software, templates, documentation and proprietary materials. No ownership is transferred except where expressly agreed in writing. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licences.

14. Refunds

Eligible initial purchases may qualify for our 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Exclusions and procedures are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

15. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use a service, including loss of profit, business opportunity or data, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing here limits mandatory legal rights.

16. Force majeure

Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including major network or utility failures, natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, government action, labour disruption, widespread cyber incidents or failure of essential upstream providers.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, suppliers, law, security requirements or business operations. The current version will be published with its effective date. Material changes affecting active services will be communicated where required or reasonably practicable.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Nix Pixelz in Pakistan, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution. Unresolved disputes will be handled by a court or other competent authority having lawful jurisdiction.
